The Cookeville Fire Department and Guardian Group are organizing an EMS Refresher Course that has been approved by the State of Tennessee. The course is designed to help participants renew their TN EMS License and NREMT national component recertification.
The series of refresher courses include EMR (10.00 hours), EMT (20.00 hours), AEMT (25.00 hours), and Paramedic (32.00 hours), and they meet the minimum categorical education requirements for State of Tennessee EMS License Renewal. Additionally, these courses meet the NREMT “national component” requirements for national certification renewal.
Continuing education credit is approved by the Tennessee Department of Health Office of Emergency Medical Services and is recognized by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
The course will be held at the Cookeville Police Department, located at 1019 Neal Street, Cookeville, TN 38501.
